"Life In A Day" Review

"Life In A Day" is a documentary movie made by a bunch of famous film makers. Here is how it became "Life In A Day". On July 24th 2011 people from around the world filmed as piece of their life on that day and sent it to the film makers through "YouTube". The film makers took these pieces of film and edited them and combined them into a full length movie of life in a day all around the world. They recieved over  800,000 videos from 192 countrys each containing something different. Each one revieling something about their culture, religion, and beliefs. Some of the scenes that are most memorable to me are the korean biker that traveled to every country on his bike and it took over 9 years. Another one is the little kid that was a shoe shiner on the streets. These probably stood out to me because they were shown a lot.
I had a positive emotional reaction to the clips of the babies. This is because i absolutly love babies. I had a negative emotional reaction to the violence at the love parade in Germany. There was so much violence that i felt a great amount of empathy and it was negative and harmful. A pattern of humanity that i saw was music.
A lot of people around the world use music to express emotions and feelings about themselfs and others. They also use music to celebrate. There was also juxtapositions that where in this movie. Fopr example, they showed a lady scooping up water from a river into a leaf and then they showed a man using a water hose to water his grass in front of his house. Thats the thing i liked most about this movie. They had all different people in it. Poor, rich, healthy, sick, happy, sad, and more. I would recommend this to other people because it really changed my point of view of ther world and i think it will change theirs too.
